Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you browse Nate Design Studio's website or send a project enquiry. Last updated: 10 September 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller is Natasha Ametrano, operating under the commercial name Nate Design Studio.
Contact: hello@natedesignstudio.com.
2. Data we collect
When you use the project enquiry form, we process the information you provide: name, company or brand, email address, the type of project you are looking for, project brief and timing.
Website or Instagram details and the “Anything else we should know?” field are optional. We may also process ordinary technical information required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
3. Why we use your data
Project enquiry data is used to review your request, respond to you, assess whether Nate Design Studio can help and, where appropriate, take steps towards a possible professional engagement.
The main legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Where a professional relationship is established, data may also be processed to perform the agreement and comply with applicable legal obligations. Website security and abuse prevention may be based on legitimate interests where applicable.
Nate does not use project enquiries to send marketing emails without a separate lawful basis.
4. How long data is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are normally kept for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless there is a legitimate reason to keep them for longer. If a professional relationship begins, the relevant information is retained for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable legal, tax or liability obligations.
5. Service providers and transfers
Personal data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, hosting and business email, acting as processors where applicable. Data is not sold.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Nate will rely on a lawful transfer mechanism and the safeguards required by data-protection law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing where the law provides those rights. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise your rights, write to hello@natedesignstudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Forms and required information
Fields marked as required are necessary for Nate to understand and respond to your enquiry. The privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have been given access to this information; it is not consent to receive marketing communications.
8. Cookies and local storage
Information about browser storage and the current cookie setup is available in the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, providers or processing activities change. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision.
